They compost and recycle both on and off site. They do not use a restaurant service, preferring instead to hand pick the food they use from within 100 miles–mostly GMO free, sustainable, and or organic. They provide clients and staff with reusable shopping bags. If disposables are used on sight they are either plant based and biodegradable or made from post consumer waste. They also have a bring back program for the containers for weekly meal delivery.
