The COUP is a modern vegetarian restaurant with an intimate atmosphere, serving fresh organic local foods and drinks, meet new people and enjoy music.
They offer discounts to customers who bring in their own containers for takeout, they choose products that have little or no packaging (direct from farmers), they use compostable take out cutlery and reusable take out containers, they compost all raw material, recycle all plastics, paper, and glass, and serve modest portions to reduce food waste.

Come explore 100 wines by the taste, we encourage our guests to experience and learn about wine through sampling. By sampling wine by the ounce or by the glass, you can enjoy the freedom of being able to explore multiple wines before committing to a bottle or glass purchase.

This pastry shop creates custom desserts for all occasions. They use the compost they create for their on site garden, and encourage their customers to recycle. Their food truck also runs fully on Propane, which burns cleaner than gasoline.
Vie Café is a lively little coffee bar where neighbours meet and people watching and quiet reflection through the huge windows is encouraged.
They use biodegradable to go ware made with recycled post-consumer materials, compost and recycle, donate excess food to charity, sell local pastries and products, and locally roasted and fair trade organic coffee.
