Serving up organic, daily cold-pressed juices, vegan soups,  raw wraps,  salads, organic bars, and  raw shakes and bowls. Each glass bottle you return earns you $1 credit towards more healthy and delicious juice and foods, or even a cleanse!

They reuse their cardboard produce boxes, and repurpose them for other needs, and compost pulp from the juice extraction process. All appliances are energy efficient, they reused barn wood to decorate, the work lights are of the highest energy rating, and they use biodegradable bags for the small amount of waste they do create.

The Rouge Tomate Cart in Central Park is a seasonal outpost of the restaurant that offers delicious, healthy and eco-friendly alternatives to traditional street food. Designed by renowned architects Bentel & Bentel (also responsible for our restaurant), the cart has solar panels, energy-efficient equipment and fully biodegradable or recyclable serving pieces.

During fair weather, the Rouge Tomate Cart can be found in front of the entrance to the Central Park Zoo on 64th street at 5th Avenue. It is open to the public throughout the warm season, weather permitting.

They offer a 20% discount on any lunch box for anyone returning with their Branded reusable lunch tote.

All take-out containers are 100% compostable and may be deposited in the green bin.
